Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy. 
Any order that must be returned to us for any reason should arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the order being placed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for another product.

Change of mind

As soon as you have placed your order, we’re on to it!

We understand that you need your purchase quickly; unfortunately, this means that we will be unable to make any changes as your order is already being processed at our New York warehouse. You will receive a track and trace shipping number via email 1-2 days after placing your order. This excludes Fridays, Saturdays & Public Holidays. 

We are unable to process a refund if you have changed your mind, though your item may be eligible for an exchange if your item is:
Un-opened, this includes any plastic wrap around fragrances, make-up and cosmetics
In original condition, and packaging

For the benefit and confidence of all our customers, once an item is opened, we deem it as being used.

Gift cards are not eligible for return

Please make your selections carefully as fragrance returns due to personal preference will not be accepted.

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened fragrances, make-up, cosmetics, and nail polish.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photos of the item(s) in question.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over the value of $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received damaged or faulty merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and get in contact with us immediately using any of the following methods:

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP when you first contact us please include the following information;

- Your name
- Order number
- Picture and/or video of the fault/damage
- Description of the fault/damage

We require notification from you within 7 days of delivery if your parcel and its contents have arrived damaged.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of receiving shipping confirmation, please get in touch with us immediately.


Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter your shipping information correctly.

Proof Of Delivery

Please ensure that you complete your billing and shipping details correctly in order to ensure that your parcel reaches you. The Brand Outlet is not responsible for incorrectly completed shipping information which results in your parcel being returned to sender or incorrectly delivered. 

All parcels containing a delivery status on tracking are confirmed as delivered. This status made by the carrier is considered proof of delivery and no further action can be taken. Orders containing this proof of delivery cannot be refunded or replaced if parcel cannot be found.

Add Route Shipping Protection To Your Order

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. 

Selecting Route Shipping Insurance for an additional cost would provide you with protection on your order. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen and the app can be easily used to process and resolve any damaged goods reports.
